VISA information

The participants in WCW are invited to check if they need a visa for traveling to France. If you need a visa, please apply as soon as possible. If you need a letter from the conference organizers that you participate in WCW, please fill out the following request form and send it to us.

• Nice (Airport) - Sophia Antipolis (Sophia Express Bus) STCAR line N. 230 (about 50 minutes) - watch out, this line is not run on Saturdays and Sundays!
• Nice (Airport) - Antibes RCA bus line N. 200 (from Terminal 1 only) stop at "Place De Gaulle" + go by foot to train station (Gare SNCF in French, towards East) - "Passerelle SNCF" bus stop + Antibes (Train Station) - Sophia Antipolis Sillages STGA bus line 2VB (about 2 hours) - you are strongly advised to use another mean to reach Sophia Antipolis

Location

WCW 2005 will be held in the Sophia Antipolis science park, on the French Riviera coast, about 20 km West of Nice and 15 km Northeast of Cannes. The conference will take place at Institut Eurécom / CICA (pictured above).

Delegates should contact the hotels directly and ask for the WCW special rate for booking. Rooms with the special rate will be served on a first-come-first-served basis and due to the high occupation rate in this season, the special rate will only be available for a limited duration as indicated for each hotel.
